Lima, Paracas & Nasca Lines

In this three day program you will see the highlights of Lima, the Ballestas Islands at Paracas and the famous Nasca lines.



Before starting the tour you will arrive in Lima and transferred to your hotel, where you can relax a bit before the afternoon city tour of Lima. The tour begins with a trip to the main sights in the center of Lima before continuing to the government Palace, the San Francisco church, with it’s Arab influenced design, and its catacombs (containing the remains of thousands of people). Afterwards there is time to discover the city on your own.

Lima – Paracas – Nasca.

On the second day you will have an early morning transfer to the bus station from where we will make a 285km (4h) journey to Paracas. When arriving in Paracas you will be transferred to the port. From there we will embark on our tour to the Ballestas Islands just of the coast of Paracas. The Ballestas Islands are home to enormous colonies of seals, seabirds, including the Humboldt penguin and other marine fauna. After 3h we will continue our journey and visit the Paracas Reserve. In the afternoon we will have a transfer to the bus station from where we will continue our journey to Nasca (214km / 4h). Upon arrival you will be transferred to your hotel.

Nasca - Lima.

Early in the morning after breakfast you will be transferred from your hotel to the Nasca airport for your flight over the famous Nasca Lines (2h). After being safely landed we will take a bus to the Chauchilla burial site and Aqueducts of Nasca located nearby (3h). After sightseeing we will be transferred back to the bus station in the afternoon from where we will take a shared bus back to lima (450km, 7h) and to your hotel.
